Note: Shipping to Canada takes an extraordinarily long time! Please know that we ship items within a couple of days of receiving your order and it takes up to a month or longer to receive your brass in the mail!
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
In the event of a defective item we will replace it without further cost to you. There will be a 20% restocking fee for any returns without defects. Brass must be unused and in perfect condition. There are no fees for exchanges. Shipping charges incurred are paid by you. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A copy of your original receipt must be included in the returned package for proper processing. Please note that are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We put the website up with the intention of not making anyone jump through hoops like tax id registration, etc.
To help out the bead stores our plan is to offer larger lots for a bit more of a discount especially on things like bead caps, jump rings, eye and head-pins etc.

How do I get my refund if I order $250 or more in product?
We issue it in the form of a refund!
What happens if my items become out of stock after I order and pay for them?
In order to keep our prices down we will refund your money and ship the items that are in stock. Please check back often as we are frequently adding new awesome products and replenishing our temporarily out of stock items.
What happens if I order TOS items?
We will refund your money and ship the items that are not Temporarily out of Stock.
How do you handle international shipping?
We process your order and bill you via PayPal for the shipping charges. After payment is processed, we immediately ship your items.
