RETURNS/EXCHANGES
In the event of a defective item we will replace it without further cost to you. There will be a 20% restocking fee for any
returns without defects. Brass must be unused and in 'same as shipped' condition. There are no fees for exchanges. Shipping
charges incurred are paid by you. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A copy of your original receipt must be inc-
luded in the returned package for proper processing. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Orders over $1,000.00?
Orders over $1K will enjoy a hefty bonus bag of Brassologie products valued between $150.00 - $200.00. We select items we are well stocked in, and often increase the quantity of itmes in your order. There will also be added samples of itmes you may not have orderd as another way of showing our appreciation back to you.
Order $250 or more in product?
We issue $25.00 back by paypal refund, waive Priority shipping, and add extras to yoru order.
What happens if my items become out of stock after I order and pay for them?
We will refund your money for what we can't send and ship the items we can. Some items TOS are priced $0.00 indicating these items will be replennished soon. It does take a couple weeks to re-up our stocks. Please check back often as we are frequently adding new awesome products and replenishing our temporarily out of stock items.

How do you handle international shipping?
We process your order and bill you via PayPal for the shipping charges. After payment is processed, we immediately ship your items First Class US Mail.
What is our brass made of?
Lead-Free, Nickle Free Brass~ Natural Copper and Zinc Only (Two completely natrual elements melted together that are also simple essential minerals in our diet).
